CONTACT
If you’re feeling something stir, an inner yes, a quiet ache, or a sense that this space might meet something deep in you, you’re so welcome to reach out. I read each message slowly, with care. This process begins in the way we first meet: with presence, with respect, and with the willingness to listen to what’s true. You’ll find details below on how to share a little about yourself and how you would like to work together.

I invite you to write to me with care. Take your time to reflect on the following:

What is bringing you to the threshold?
What ache, stirring, or knowing has led you here?

What do you long for at the soul level?
What is your heart reaching toward? What kind of nourishment or remembering is calling you?

What is your relationship to this kind of work?
Have you sat in sacred containers before? What have been the textures, teachings, or turning points?

What feels tender or close to the edge?
You are welcome to name what feels uncertain. These parts, too, belong.

What supports your feeling of safety, receptivity, and trust?
What allows you to soften, to open, to feel deeply met?

This is a space of deep boundaries and slow time. I don’t use WhatsApp or text for communication (unless we have already begun our work together), and I respond from within the natural rhythms of my system. The work begins in how we first meet, and it is sacred from the very beginning.
